Le Gîte la Bourellerie: a village house full of character

In the heart of Lusigny-sur-Barse, right next to small shops and at the foot of the pretty village church, this former saddlery converted into a gîte was our home for a long time.

We lived there for several years, between children’s laughter, family dinners, and the little joys of everyday life.

Today, it’s your turn to enjoy it.

With its 4 bedrooms, its cozy, air-conditioned living room, and its 10 beds, it’s the ideal house for a family vacation, a weekend with friends, or a few days exploring the region. Please note: the house has only one bathroom; we’d like to point this out so everyone can organize their stays with peace of mind.

Comfort-wise, it’s all here: fast Wi-Fi, board games, DVDs, cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and above all… a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Located just 200 meters from the Vélovoie des Lacs, the cottage is an ideal starting point for bike rides or walks.
And for those who want to get away from it all, Troyes, the Champagne vineyards, and Nigloland are all within easy reach. A perfect way to combine culture, nature, adventure… and the pleasures of fine dining.

As always, we’ll make sure your stay is as smooth as possible:
beds are made, towels are provided, end-of-stay cleaning is included, and a few basic products are waiting for you on site.
Shopping is easy: a convenience store 50 meters away and a supermarket in the village are available to complete your shopping needs.
